I had a mostly enjoyable stay at Libra Hotel Residence, as the spacious apartment and excellent service from the staff made up for some bumps along the way. I particularly loved the clean and well-decorated rooms, and the shower pressure was great. However, I was disappointed when the sauna wasn't operational during my visit, and I felt that some charges, like a lost key fee, were a bit excessive.

I was impressed by the luxurious amenities and the unbelievably attentive staff, especially Khánh, Phương, and Phong, whose service made me feel truly valued. However, the noise from the busy road nearby was a bit of a drawback during my stay.
