I had a mostly enjoyable stay at Libra Hotel Residence, as the spacious apartment and excellent service from the staff made up for some bumps along the way. I particularly loved the clean and well-decorated rooms, and the shower pressure was great. However, I was disappointed when the sauna wasn't operational during my visit, and I felt that some charges, like a lost key fee, were a bit excessive.
